Treaty of Arusha - MDoAP
The treaty between the European Union (EU) and the Guardians of Scotland (GOS) is one of mutual safety, both economically and military. Below is the characteristics of the treaty and the terms of it.
Article 1
Both the EU and GOS agree to not attack one another while this treaty is in effective. Any attacks will make this treaty void.
Article 2
Both the EU and GOS must do their utmost to protect one another in times of war and when the support is requested. If this is a defensive war, both alliances are bound by this treaty to support their ally either through economic or military means. A reaction must take place within 72 hours.
Article 3
If a war is an aggressive war, then both the EU and GOS are not bound to support one another. However, both alliances have the right to request help, but it is down to each government on whether or not to help.
Article 4
If either side feel no longer able to continue with this treaty, then 72 hours notice must be given. In the event that the alliance in question changes mind, a request can be made to suspend the 72 hours and the treaty would continue as usual. During the 72 hour period, the usual rules still apply.
